Medicines and Allergens
Please see attached the administering medicines form. We are unable to administer any medicines in school without a permission form signed by a parent/carer.
This permission form will need to accompany any medicines that need to be administered within the school day. All medicines and form should either be handed to the breakfast club leader, class teacher or a member of the school office. No medicines should be left in the children's school bag. Copies of the permission forms can be sought from the school office or from the breakfast club leader.
No medicines can be administered without a signed form. Any questions please do not hesitate to contact the school office.
